He says he built it the previous day entirely on his phone via Termius against his Hetzner VPS running Claude Code. The economics come from fal sponsoring the compute and post-training MiniMax's H3 Max to generate a 15-second clip in about 9 seconds, roughly 50x the stock endpoint.
