It emits the same reset strings as ncurses `tput reset` in the same rs1/rs2/clear_margins/rs3 order, and skips the one-second sleep /usr/bin/reset inherited from 3BSD's tset(1). It undoes a stuck Ctrl-S via tcflow(TCOON) before touching termios so the reset cannot hang behind stopped output, and refuses to run as a background job. Together with vercel-labs/fx this is the second tiny Zig CLI out of Vercel leadership this month.
