ChatGPT Adds 'Memory Sources' Feature — Shows Users Exactly Which Context Informed Each Response

OpenAI is rolling out a 'memory sources' feature across all ChatGPT consumer plans that shows users which personal context — past chats, saved reminders, uploaded files, or connected Gmail — informed a given response. Users can correct or remove individual memory entries. Enhanced personalization pulling from past chats, files, and Gmail is available to Plus and Pro on web, with Free, Business, and Enterprise plans following soon.
