Claude Code v2.1.143 adds plugin dependency enforcement (refuses to disable plugins with dependents, offers copy-pasteable disable-chain hints), projected per-turn and per-invocation context cost estimates in the /plugin marketplace browser, and a new `worktree.bgIsolation: "none"` option letting background sessions edit working copies directly without worktree isolation. PowerShell is now enabled by default on Windows for Bedrock/Vertex/Foundry users.
