Fiserv unveiled AgentOS on May 14, an enterprise-grade platform enabling financial institutions to deploy, manage, and scale AI agents across core banking, payments, issuer processing, and servicing. Six banks are co-developing agents, with First Interstate Bank and Boulder Dam Credit Union already running pilots.
