Verify-Gated Completion: Admission Control Pattern for Governed Multi-Agent Runtimes
As multi-agent systems move from short interactions to tool-using workflows with persistent state, completion becomes a runtime-control problem. This paper studies verify-gated completion as an admission control mechanism: each agent's output must pass verification before entering the shared runtime state. Provides a bounded architecture case study with formal guarantees about when and how agent outputs are admitted. Practical pattern for anyone building production multi-agent systems with governance requirements.
