GitNexus runs entirely client-side in the browser — drop in a GitHub repo or ZIP file and get an interactive knowledge graph with a built-in Graph RAG Agent. It precomputes structure at index time via Leiden community detection, returning caller/callee context and dependency chains that flat vector retrieval misses. The `gitnexus analyze --skills` command auto-generates SKILL.md files for each detected module. At 40K stars with 310 releases (v1.6.5 on May 16), it supports 14+ languages and ships MCP integration for Claude Code and Cursor.
