The 'one-skill-to-rule-them-all' project by Rebelytics is a meta-skill that runs alongside Claude Code sessions, observes your patterns, captures corrections and judgment calls, and turns them into skill improvements automatically. In three months of use it logged 600+ improvements across 40 skills, most of which were themselves created by the observer. It implements the Augmented Expertise methodology and is domain-agnostic — if you don't have skills yet, it starts identifying and drafting them for you.
