Starting June 15, 2026, Anthropic moves all programmatic Claude usage (Agent SDK, claude -p, GitHub Actions, third-party agents) off subscription limits onto a separate monthly credit pool metered at full API rates — $20/mo for Pro, $100 for Max 5x, $200 for Max 20x. Credits are per-user, non-poolable, and don't roll over.
