MaskClaw: Edge-Side Personalized Privacy Arbitration for GUI Agents

Addresses the privacy problem of GUI agents that rely on screenshots containing private messages, medical records, and payment credentials. MaskClaw introduces behavior-driven skill evolution to arbitrate privacy decisions on-device based on personal context — rather than blanket allow/deny rules.
