Claude Code now supports dynamic workflows: a single natural-language request orchestrates work across tens to hundreds of background agents, viewable via `/workflows`. In 2.1.166 the dynamic-workflow trigger keyword was renamed from 'workflow' to 'ultracode' — the bare word 'workflow' no longer triggers a run, though asking for one in your own words still works. This is a concrete shift from manually wiring subagents to declarative, model-orchestrated fan-out.
