Hybrid CNN-cellular-automata model plans aerial wildfire suppression, not just spread

arXiv 2606.13633 pairs a CNN with a cellular-automata fire model to both predict wildfire spread and design intervention and suppression strategies under operational constraints, going past prediction to planning. It is an applied control and planning system rather than core agent infrastructure, but it illustrates the predict-then-plan pattern for physical-world autonomous decision systems. Lower priority for the agent-tooling audience.
