Claude Code (June 17) Adds /config key=value, a Presence File to Mute Mobile Push, and Apple Events Sandbox Opt-In

The latest Claude Code changelog (June 17, 2026) introduces `/config key=value` to set any setting inline from the prompt (e.g. `/config thinking=false`), working in interactive, headless `-p`, and Remote Control modes. It also adds a `CLAUDE_CLIENT_PRESENCE_FILE` env var that suppresses mobile push notifications while you're at the machine, a `sandbox.allowAppleEvents` opt-in for sandboxed macOS commands, and bumps the bundled Bun runtime to 1.4. These are distinct from the v2.1.179 mid-stream recovery already reported.
