Meta expanded its Meta Business Agent and introduced a Meta Business Agent Platform providing infrastructure for enterprises to build, customize, and deploy agents at scale — part of a stated push to turn its billion-plus customer chat interactions into enterprise agent deployments. It is another hyperscaler staking out the enterprise agent-platform layer, with messaging/CX as the wedge.
