Parameter Efficient Hybrid Transformer (PEHT) for Network Traffic Prediction

Abdolazim Rezaei, Mehdi Sookhak, and Mahboobeh Haghparast propose a parameter-efficient hybrid transformer that folds dynamic urban congestion signals into cellular network traffic prediction for better resource allocation. The efficiency framing is broadly interesting, but the application is narrow to telecom network operators with limited generalization to mainstream AI/ML work.
