As of July 1, 2026 the open-source Kilo coding agent (Kilo-Org/kilocode, ~25,817 stars) added phone support, so the same agent now runs across VS Code, CLI, cloud, and mobile. Kilo pitches itself as an all-in-one agentic engineering platform on top of a popular open-source coding agent. Mobile support fits the growing practitioner pattern of kicking off and monitoring long-running agent tasks away from the desk.
