Claude Code v2.1.203 and v2.1.204 Add Login-Expiry Warnings and Fix Headless Hook Streaming

Claude Code shipped v2.1.203 (Jul 7) and v2.1.204 (Jul 8): a warning before login expiry so background sessions aren't interrupted mid-run, a grey pause badge in the footer when in manual permission mode, session additional-working-directories now surfaced via MCP roots/list with roots/list_changed notifications, and a fix for SessionStart hook events not streaming in headless sessions (which had been idle-reaping remote workers mid-hook). These follow v2.1.202's switch of the default permission mode to manual.
