This work introduces a deep native structural reasoning approach for the structure-property relationships foundational to biology, chemistry, and materials science, aiming for accuracy, interdisciplinarity, and transparency. It sits at the intersection of scientific ML and reasoning, of interest to practitioners applying LLM-adjacent reasoning to scientific-discovery workflows rather than mainstream software tasks.
