Norm AI raises $120M Series C at $1.2B to build 'AI-native law firms'
Tech Startups·medium signal
Norm AI closed a $120M Series C led by Khosla Ventures (with Bain, Coatue, and Vanguard) valuing the 3-year-old startup at $1.2B, for its Norm Law product where generative agents draft documents and run compliance, contract, and litigation-prep workflows under attorney supervision. The company says asset managers overseeing ~$30T in AUM already use it. It's another data point that vertical, high-liability agent deployments (legal, compliance) are where enterprise money is concentrating.
