ServiceNow's Legacy SKUs Went End-of-Sale July 1 — Five Tiers Collapsed Into Three AI-Native Ones, No Reinstatement
ServiceNow replaced its five-tier structure (Standard, Pro, Pro Plus, Enterprise, Enterprise Plus) with three AI-native tiers — Foundation, Advanced, Prime — effective April 9, 2026, and the legacy SKUs hit end-of-sale on July 1, 2026 with no path back to old pricing. This is the quiet version of the pricing shift: rather than announce per-outcome billing and take a stock hit, ServiceNow restructured the packaging so AI is the tier axis. Buyers renewing after July 1 are repriced by default.
