Goose v1.40.0 Adds a Local 'goose review' Command and Peek Mode for Async Background Tasks

Block's open-source agent Goose (~51K stars) shipped v1.40.0 (July 2, 2026) with a new `goose review` local code-review command and a peek mode for async background tasks, plus new slash commands including /status, /model for mid-session model switching, and /goal for agent self-evaluation.
