Music-to-Dance Generation Decomposed into Atomic Movements
Xinhao Cai, Yixuan Sun, and Minghang Zheng (arXiv 2607.13978, cs.CV/cs.AI) decompose music-driven dance generation into atomic movement primitives to hit both rhythmic synchronization and semantic consistency with the audio — two objectives that end-to-end motion models tend to trade off against each other. The compositional-primitives framing is the transferable idea for anyone doing conditional motion or animation generation. Narrow domain; included for the architecture rather than the application.
