Earthquaker-AI: RAG Plus Rubric-Based Assessment for Primary School Earthquake Education

Xanthi Kokkinou, Chaido Mizeli, and Nafsika Koulaxidou (arXiv 2607.14046, cs.AI) build a hybrid RAG framework with rubric-based assessment on top of an existing educational-robotics project for primary school earthquake preparedness. The rubric-based assessment layer — grading generated output against an explicit rubric rather than a reference answer — is the reusable component.
