Automatic code generation for mobile apps often ignores fundamental design principles and architectural quality. This work models software design patterns with the Universal Variability Language (UVL) to systematically generate customizable, well-structured mobile apps rather than one-off scaffolds. Relevant to builders using codegen for app development who care about architecture and maintainability, not just first-pass output.
