Vercel drops data-download billing for Sandbox entirely

Vercel Sandbox no longer bills for data downloaded from the internet — installing packages, cloning Git repos, and pulling datasets or artifacts from external sources are now free. For agent workloads that npm-install or git-clone on every invocation, download egress was a real and unpredictable line item. The change makes Sandbox materially more viable as a per-task agent execution environment.
