HubSpot opens Agent Hub and Agent Builder public beta, betting that agent fragmentation — not agent capability — is the CRM bottleneck
HubSpot launched Agent Hub and Agent Builder in public beta on July 23 for all Professional and Enterprise customers. Agent Hub is a console showing live status and performance for every active agent, surfacing dormant agents for one-click activation and organizing outcomes by go-to-market goal; Agent Builder is a no-code natural-language canvas that assembles agents from Smart CRM context. The framing is the useful part: HubSpot's stated problem is that multiple agents end up working from different pictures of the customer, which is the shared-context problem every multi-agent builder hits. Custom agents run on HubSpot Credits, included at those tiers during beta.
