OCBC deploys a five-agent platform to cut private banking onboarding from six weeks to 15 business days
OCBC announced Helios on July 29, a five-agent system that front-loads due diligence before a relationship manager ever meets a prospect, targeting 15 business days against an industry median around six weeks. The agents handle prospect research, onboarding recommendations that flag remaining profile gaps, lead generation from associates of existing prospects, and, notably, a fourth independent agent whose only job is checking the other agents for accuracy, with humans reviewing only what it cannot verify. Four of the five are live, tested on 25% of BOS relationship managers over five months, with full rollout by Q3 2026 and an ongoing-monitoring agent due in H1 2027.
