CloudWeaver Argues Agentic Cloud Management Needs a Systems Substrate, Not Just Better Agents

CloudWeaver is an agentic management substrate spanning existing cloud-user interfaces and future agent-native ones, doing two things: scoping each agent session's context with local views of cloud resources, and coordinating concurrent management operations against shared resources. It offers safety guarantees and attributable feedback when intents conflict while preserving concurrency between independent operations, validated on a representative Azure API workload.
