Mate Security raises $35M for an agentic SOC that builds a per-organization security context graph

Announced July 29 and led by Canaan Partners with Insight Partners, Microsoft's M12 and Team8, the Series A takes total funding past $50 million. Rather than generic detection rules, Mate constructs an individualized security context graph per organization from assets, business processes, users and data, then builds detections, triages and investigates incidents, threat hunts, and runs incident response under a Continuous Detection, Continuous Response framework that feeds each investigation back into future detections.
