Inforcer Raised $50M Series C to Sell MSPs a Single Control Plane for Microsoft Security, Copilot and Shadow AI
UK-based Inforcer raised a $50M Series C led by Insight Partners with Meritech and Dawn Capital participating, announced July 30 — its third round in 18 months for a total of $110M, on 300% year-over-year growth and a doubled valuation since the Series B. The platform lets managed service providers govern Microsoft 365 security, compliance and AI across many customer tenants at once, and has expanded into Copilot Manager, shadow-AI detection, and threat detection and response for both human and AI-assisted attacks. The wedge is that SMBs bought AI through their MSP, so the MSP now needs multi-tenant AI governance that Microsoft's own admin tooling does not provide.
