Dili Raised $21.7M to Automate Davis-Bacon and Prevailing-Wage Compliance Across 700 Infrastructure Projects
Dili announced $21.7M in total funding on July 30, including a $15M Series A led by Khosla Ventures with Y Combinator's Garry Tan, Allianz, Brick and Mortar Ventures' Darren Bechtel and Rebel Fund participating; it was co-founded by former Coinbase executive Anand Chaturvedi. The product automates prevailing wage and apprenticeship monitoring, Davis-Bacon compliance, certified payroll review and audit-ready reporting, checking 100% of project data in real time rather than sampling. Dili says it has processed $1.4B+ in gross wages across ~700 projects from factories to data centers and protected over $1B in funding from fines, clawbacks and lost tax credits — the sampling-to-full-population shift is the actual architectural change compliance SaaS can't match.
