The structural fix paddo.dev proposes is separating CLAUDE.md into two sections: model-behavior rules that compensate for a specific model generation, and repository facts that are true regardless of model. Only the first section gets a review date, because model capabilities shift roughly every eight weeks and today's guardrail becomes next quarter's contradiction.
