Murmell runs Claude Code, Codex, Kimi and OpenCode on one repo using a file-claiming lock
Murmell launched August 3 as a browser-based cloud canvas where humans and multiple coding agents work the same repository concurrently, with live preview and automatic Git sync. Its coordination primitive is file claiming — agents claim files before writing so parallel actors don't overwrite each other — and it currently runs Claude Code, Codex, Kimi and OpenCode, with OpenClaw and Hermes planned. Maker Moss'Ab Mirande-Ney built most of it with Claude Code and then switched to building Murmell inside Murmell; it hit #13 day rank with 90 upvotes, offering a two-week trial plus $60 in Claude Code credits.
