opencode 1.18.11 stops MCP SSE connections from getting stuck in reconnect loops
Released August 1, opencode v1.18.11 fixes a failure mode worth knowing about generally: MCP SSE connections entered infinite reconnect loops after a server returned an error response, meaning a single misbehaving MCP server could spin an agent session indefinitely. It also fixes provider model configs that use interleaved reasoning fields such as `reasoning_text` or custom field names, which had broken reasoning-model integrations. Desktop-side fixes cover external links opening in-app, stale session tab state, and a directory picker defaulting incorrectly when no home path is loaded.
