The product scans existing Salesforce, ServiceNow, Databricks and Workday deployments to identify processes and bottlenecks, then generates the integration tasks and step-by-step implementation plan — with mortgage lender CMG cited as a customer that got agents live after prior roadblocks. This is a direct product attack on the forward-deployed-engineer and implementation-consultant line item that only two quarters ago went from 5-10% to 70% of companies hiring for it.
