juspay/neurolink (120 stars) exposes one TypeScript interface over 24+ providers with MCP, TTS/STT, RAG and memory, and is releasing near-daily: v10.10.10 on August 7 and v10.10.11 on August 8. The two fixes are the kind of thing multi-provider abstraction layers get wrong constantly — it was silently downgrading OpenAI FLAC requests to MP3, and returning nothing at all instead of explaining why a transcript was missing. If you are building a provider-agnostic layer, these are the failure modes to test for.
