Google puts a Gemini agent called Ask Advisor inside Google Ads and Analytics, in beta for English accounts
Announced August 10, Ask Advisor is an in-product Gemini-powered agent spanning Google Ads and Google Analytics that generates homepage insight summaries of performance shifts, turns raw data into visualizations from text prompts, auto-explains dashboard patterns, and benchmarks campaigns against anonymized averages from similar businesses. It also pushes scheduled notifications by phone or email. Currently beta and English-only, with Google Ads dashboards inside Analytics listed as coming soon — the benchmarking-against-peers piece is the part competitors can't easily copy without Google's data position.
