rulesync: Single CLI to Sync AI Coding Rules Across Claude Code, Codex, aider, and Cursor Simultaneously

rulesync maintains one source-of-truth rule file and distributes it as CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md, .aider.conf, and Cursor rules in a single command.
