Monday.com: AI ARR Doubled Quarter Over Quarter and Now Drives 17% of Net New ARR, the First Expansion Vector That Is Not Human Seats
In its August 10 Q2 2026 call monday.com reported $365M revenue up 22% year over year, ARR crossing $1.5B in July, and AI ARR doubling from Q1 to Q2 to reach 17% of net new ARR, with net dollar retention at 109% and guided down to 108% for FY2026. Co-CEO Roy Mann said customers are reaching the end of their AI consumption buckets and topping up, and co-CEO Eran Zinman called it the first time customers expand on AI consumption rather than only human seats. This is the concrete counter-evidence to the thesis that agents collapse per-seat NRR: the seat-plus-credit hybrid is producing measurable expansion, at least while credit buckets are still being sized generously.
