KiroCrew Caps Inlined Agent Images at 2000px to Prevent ACP Session Poisoning
kirodotdev/KiroCrew (2,896 stars, created 2026-07-16, pushed 2026-08-15) shipped v0.2.0 on 2026-08-10 whose most interesting item is PR #1405: capping inlined image dimensions at 2000px specifically to prevent session poisoning over the Agent Client Protocol. The same release added Ops Mission Control (an autonomous ops first responder), per-turn context injection breakdowns in telemetry, a fix queuing mid-plan autopilot messages instead of running them concurrently, and an MCP gateway fix rebuilding the factory on enable with an injection guard. Oversized inlined media as a context-poisoning vector is an underdiscussed agent attack surface.
