The same release added Ops Mission Control (an autonomous ops first responder), per-turn context injection breakdowns in telemetry, a fix queuing mid-plan autopilot messages instead of running them concurrently, and an MCP gateway fix rebuilding the factory on enable with an injection guard. Oversized inlined media as a context-poisoning vector is an underdiscussed agent attack surface.
