Ball shipped an experimental feature on Aug 18 letting users color-code threads in the Amp sidebar, and separately posted during the Aug 17 GitHub outage: 'GitHub is down, but you don't have to use it.' He also demoed pulling a tweet into an Amp 'orb' and asking it to summarize all the books mentioned. Minor individually, but it's a working example of the agent-thread-as-primary-workspace pattern he's been building toward.
