Multica Shipped Three Releases in 24 Hours and Added a MiniMax Code ACP Runtime to Its 20-Agent Issue Board
multica-ai/multica (46,644 stars, Go, self-hostable) cut v0.4.27, v0.4.28, and v0.4.29 between 2026-08-17 and 2026-08-18 — twelve commits landed on 08-18 alone. v0.4.29 adds a MiniMax Code ACP runtime, preserves tasks through runtime network partitions, stops NUL bytes wedging agent tasks on complete/cancel, bills cache reads in the daily and weekly cost charts, and fixes Pi RPC stdin on Windows. A rebuild of the plugin system (1/4) landed the same morning. The product framing — assign a GitHub-style issue to Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or 17 other CLIs and have the agent report progress and raise blockers on a board — is the clearest sign yet that agent orchestration is converging on project-management UX rather than terminal tabs.
