Calendly Stopped Selling Scheduling and Started Selling the Meeting: Notetaker and Callie Went Live Aug 19 With Two New Plan Tiers
Calendly turned on Notetaker, which joins Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams calls to record, transcribe, produce action items and draft follow-up emails, plus Callie in beta, an assistant you CC into an email thread to coordinate meetings using scheduling and past-meeting context. Access is gated behind two new tiers, Standard Plus and Teams Plus, that bundle scheduling, meetings and AI together, English-only at launch. This is an incumbent whose entire moat was a booking link walking straight into the crowded note-taker category rather than defending the link.
