DBS puts 70-task credit-memo agents in front of 1,500 bankers after a 150-person pilot
DBS announced on 19 August that specialised agents covering more than 70 tasks now synthesise raw data into a review-ready first draft of a corporate credit memo, rolled out globally to about 1,500 relationship managers and credit risk managers. The bank says credit memo preparation eats up to 40% of a relationship manager's time and targets at least a 30% reduction. Bankers iterate with the agent to sharpen the draft rather than accepting it, which is a more honest framing than most enterprise agent case studies.
