Starcloud Adds $250M at $2.3B Valuation With Nvidia Joining, Racing Launch Scarcity
Starcloud extended its March Series A by $250 million at a $2.3 billion valuation, bringing total capital to $450 million since its 2024 founding. Manhattan West led, with Nvidia, Cisco Investments, Cedar Capital and Goanna Capital joining existing backers Benchmark, EQT, Soma, NFX and 776. Starcloud is the only company known to be running an Nvidia H100 in orbit and the first to train a model on one; the cash funds a larger factory and Starcloud-3, which needs a SpaceX Starship slot at a moment when launch capacity is the binding constraint.
