Kilo Code v7.4.23 Sends PR Review Comments to the Agent as Structured Data, Not Pasted Text

Kilo Code released v7.4.23 on 20 August 2026, reworking the Agent Manager PR panel so resolved threads collapse into one-line rows in a Resolved group instead of being dimmed, each thread shows its replies, and every card gets Send to agent, Resolve, Copy, Open file and Open on GitHub actions (PR #13241). One button sends all unresolved comments at once, and the comments arrive as structured review comments rather than pasted text. The release also lets you set the default open or collapsed state for MCP and generic tool blocks in Display settings (#13010).
