BetterVoice lets you circle things on screen while dictating, and sends the screenshots along with the transcript
TarunTomar122/better-voice reached 150 stars and 19 forks the day after its 2026-08-23 creation. The idea is pointing rather than describing: hold a modifier to record, circle any UI with the pointer while talking, and each circle captures the full display beneath it in the order you referenced them, then goes to the clipboard with the transcript. Optional grammar cleanup runs locally through t5-tiny-gec-hone, about 36 MB of quantized ONNX weights.
