Agno 3.0.0a4 and a5 close a fail-open in the Studio edit guard and refuse agent dispatch cycles
Two Agno prereleases on 23 and 24 August tighten the multi-agent control surface ahead of 3.0. a5 refuses dispatch cycles and bounds dispatch depth in the Studio dispatch tools, adds an opt-in `self_dispatch` knob, closes a fail-open in the Studio edit guard, and hides inner sub-team member ids from the outer roster. a4 enforces workspace `exclude_patterns` as an access boundary rather than a display filter, runs SqliteDb in WAL journal mode, makes all telemetry calls fire-and-forget, and puts the database suites under CI along with gates that had never actually run.
