Arm detailed AGI, a datacenter CPU with up to 136 usable Neoverse V3 cores (144 in hardware for harvesting) across two 70-core chiplets on TSMC N3P at over 50 billion transistors per chiplet. It pairs 12 channels of DDR5-8800 for 845 GB/s at 1DPC, 96 PCIe Gen6 lanes plus 6 Gen4, CXL 3.0, and UCIe die-to-die with two x16 modules at 32 Gbps per lane for 1 TB/s each direction, in a 300W TDP at up to 3.7 GHz. Arm referenced multiple vendor designs but named no customers or dates, and the DDR5-only memory system marks this as a host and general-compute part rather than an accelerator competitor.
