Huawei Unveils Industry's First AI-Native Framework for Telecom Ops at MWC 2026: 20+ AI Agents, AUTINOps, and Agentic BSS
At MWC Barcelona 2026, Huawei launched what it calls the industry's first AI-Native framework for intelligent telco operations, underpinning three new products: Agentic BSS (digital agents for offer design and customer anticipation), SmartCare Intelligence, and AUTINOps (cross-domain digital twin network with T-1 predictive protection and T0 rapid recovery). The framework uses a three-layer architecture — Platform (Digital Twin Network + EDNS 2.0), Agent, and Service — and ships with 20+ deployed AI Agents including the MBB Fault Agent for autonomous fault closed-loop and the Risk Handling Agent for proactive risk identification. This is one of the largest documented production multi-agent deployments in the telecom vertical.
